Description

The project is located at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Ripley, Tennessee. Replace existing 2,000 MBTU gas fired boiler with a new high efficiency boiler with new controls by the boiler manufacturer, connect existing hot water supply and return piping to new boiler, extend new intake and exhaust flue from boiler up through roof, and balance existing hot water pumps for new hot water flow rate. Add Alt. #1 - Water heater WH-1.
