Description

The work in general consists of constructing sidewalks, ADA compliant ramps, paving, striping, storm drains, and safety lighting along Packard Avenue from Hammonton Road West to Sharp Avenue. Question Submission Deadline:June 28, 2023, 2:00pm Complete the work within 45 working days. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Yuba County Department of Public Works, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
