Updated Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8) Major work items include: 1) foundation repairs and stabilization at Industrial Support Detachment building and Hazardous Materials Storage facility, 2) Replace 3 storage facilities that were destroyed by flooding, 3) Replace 3 HVAC systems and associated ductwork damaged beyond repair, 2 of these facilities also require complete replacement of ductwork and 4) Repair building envelopes for 5 facilities, to include replacement of exterior doors, windows and siding to restore watertight integrity; 5) Replace 30 ton chiller 6) Demolish Shed & Replace with Pre-engineered Metal Bldg. 7) Storm Water Retention – drain, repair, regrade, construct new outfall weir structure.
