Scope of Project: 207 LF of 8-inch, 1402 LF of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 33 LF of 8-inch, 1,042 LF of 10-inch, 1,310 LF of 15-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 134 LF of 24-inch, 72 LF of 30-inch, 219 LF of 36-inch, 94 LF of 48-inch, 86 LF of 54-inch, 722 LF of 60-inch, 83 LF of 66-inch storm sewer pipe, 419 LF of 6'x5' RCB, 169 LF of 8'x5' RCB, 362 LF of 12'x6' RCB and all appurtenances 19,000 CY of channel excavation Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The deadline to ask questions is 6/29/2022 10:00 AM CST A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
