Longmont Price Park Tank Replacement

The primary work to be performed under this contract includes construction of the Price Park Tank Replacement (the Project). Project work includes, but is not limited to: • Mobilization; • Stormwater pollution control; • Clearing and grubbing; • Tree removals and tree protection; • Removal and abandonment of existing utilities where noted on the plans; • Installation of potable water mains and appurtenances; • Demolition of an existing 2 MG water storage reservoir, an existing 7 MG water storage reservoir, a pump station building, other miscellaneous buildings and structures as noted on the plans; • Site grading, excavation and fill. • Installation of an 8 MG, pre-stressed concrete water tank; • Installation of a 12 MGD pump station, surge vessel/tank, associated vaults and an electrical building; • Installation of fencing, gates and other site improvements; • Irrigation system installation including a booster pump; and • Landscaping and site revegetation.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
