Roof Repairs at Kane Regional Center - McKeesport. Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to repair roof at Kane McKeesport. Perform Work under following Prime Contracts: a. General Construction. 2. Provide roof repairs as indicated on the document, including, but not limited to the following: a. Clean, prepare substrates and provide sealant where roof membrane meets adjacent materials, such as at thresholds, copings, window assemblies, etc. b. Reinstall or replace missing splice plates in metal coping assembly. c. Provide lead flashings on vent pipes. d. Reseal open roof flashing seams. e. Repair roof expansion joint seams. f. Provide pitch pockets.
