Contract #1 – Storm and Sanitary Sewer Repair and Improvements

Work in this Contract includes: Point repairs of 15” mainline storm sewer, storm inlet pipe purging and cleaning, 4” roadway underdrain point repairs, installation of end caps at all termination points on 4” roadway underdrain, removal and replacement of 8 storm inlet grates, adjustment of risers, grates, and frames on inlets, restore drainage conditions at Yard Drain and construct new berm, repair 2 rip rap aprons, installation of concrete inlet, frame, and grate in detention facility, installation of orifice and weir plates in detention facility, and installation of stormwater diversion berm on Lot 9. Work also includes the installation of a butyl rubber joint and interior spraying to stop infiltration in one of the sanitary sewer manholes. Same manhole will also require the manhole to be raised to existing grade, and the manhole is to be pressure tested after completion of work. Restoration of all disturbed areas to existing or better conditions is required.
