| Description | The Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources to provide window cleaning of the interior/exterior windows and exterior panels and frames throughout the entire VA Loma Linda Healthcare System medical center to include approximately 3,500 windows and 60 panels, 20,000 square feet of balcony, and 4,000 square feet of handrails. Some windows will be easily accessible while other may require access from the roof. The Contractor shall be responsible for any equipment needed. The required service frequency is six (6) cleanings per year (September, November, January, March, May and July) at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, (VALLHS), 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. |
