| Description | The project area is located along SR-73 in Eagle Mountain Ut. The site is relatively flat except for crossing a wash on either side of the road . Successful bidder may mow grass and vegetation prior to construction. We encourage contractors to visit the site on their own to ensure they know how much area will be inaccessible by machinery. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to know the site conditions prior to bidding. Bidders may access the property to conduct their own site examination but there will not be any official site visit prior to bidding. Contractor must acquire an encroachment permit from the Utah Department of Transportation and follow all rules associated with said permit. |
