All Bidders must complete and submit the Intent to Bid Form, Appendix A, no later than January 03, 2023. The Bidder shall be responsible for the timely delivery of the Intent to Bid Form. The Bidder shall make no additional stipulations on the Intent to Bid Form or qualify their Bid in any other manner. There is no walkthrough associated with this RFP. All Bidders must complete and submit all major addendum questions by January 03, 2023. Direct any and all questions regarding this RFP by email to: Gary Oke at: okegs@clps.org. The resulting answers, along with the questions shall be posted on USAC. The Bidder shall submit a five percent (5 %) Bid Bond, of the total base Bid price, made payable to Center Line Public Schools, with the sealed Bid. Any Bids received without a Bid Bond will be rejected by the District The District's Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole, or in part, and accept any Bid or portion of the Bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the District.
