Description

Accessibility Improvements to provide a new, 2-stop hole-less hydraulic elevator within the existing building footprint. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation and construction of the elevator shaft, construction of a new egress corridor and storefront entrance, lowslope roofing, repairs to asphalt shingle roofing, and replacement of finish materials in rooms adjacent to new construction. -and- Removal and replacement of two (2) existing roof systems and accessory roof elements: existing shingled “Gambrel” roof utilized on Fauntleroy Hall original barn building and existing flat roof system utilized on Fauntleroy’s shop addition.
