Description

Work consists of: a.Submission of new chiller tower manufacture’s specifications, shop drawing of electrical and water/glycol connections unit and anchor of unit to the concrete foundation pad for review by Contraction Officer or their representative. b.Closing valves of water/glycol mix to the existing chiller tower c.Disconnect water/glycol supply lines d.Disconnection of electrical service to existing chiller tower e.Reclaiming refrigerant and oil from compressors f.Selective disconnection of any attachment of existing unit to remaining system for reuse with new chiller tower g.Removal of existing chiller tower form the concrete and steel pad that it sits upon. h.Place new chiller tower on concrete slab and secure to ground i.Reverse earlier steps to connect electrical and water/glycol supplies to new chiller tower j.Ensure that unit is operational and within manufactures specifications k.New Chiller Tower must meet the specifications based upon the existing unit manufacture American Standard Inc., Trane® Model CGAF-C40, 60Hz Chiller Unit or Equivalent (See attach Manual with 2006 publish date)
