RFP Construction Manager - District Courtroom Renovation Project

The Miami Tribe of Oklahoma (the "Tribe" or "Owner"), a sovereign and federally recognized Indian tribe, is inviting written proposals for a Construction Manager/Owner's Representative to provide professional construction management services for the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma District Courtroom Renovation Project ("Renovation Project") located on the Tribe's Reservation. The Project will include remodel of a a 41 ft x 48.5 ft warehouse area into a courtroom and resizing the space of an existing 29 ft x 16 ft courtroom and 12 X 16 ft office into a jury deliberation room and larger Judges chamber.
