Services shall include: but are not limited to; various monthly, semi-annual, and annual fire safety maintenance the services are: (A) emergency response and repair services of the fire alarm systems; (B) annual testing of fire alarm and smoke detectors; (C) diesel fire pump annual and semi-annual maintenance testing; (D) fire pump maintenance, service, and flow testing and sprinkler inspections; (E) hydrostatically test fire extinguisher; (F) fire suppression inspection, maintenance and repair; (G) commercial kitchen hood systems cleaning; (H) inspect and repair trash chutes and fire doors; and (I) monthly inspections of fire extinguishers; |
