| Description | Scope of Work: Spray for spiders and insects inside/outside. Treat the inside of the facility of a total of 18,308 square feet. Rodent control including mice and rats inside buildings. Services will occur once a month, for one year. Spraying of all outside entranceways (outside frames) into the building and all entrance ways to connecting corridors, the outside perimeter of the facility, and inside perimeter of each room. Rodent control inside buildings shall be accomplished with trapping devices only. All such devices shall be concealed out of general view and in protected areas so as not to be affected by cleaning and other operations. Trapping devices shall be checked on a regular schedule agreed to by facility and contractor. |
