Tennis Courts Site Work at Hightstown High School

The Work consists of topsoil stripping, general demolition work, tree removal, earthwork, construction of new hot mix asphalt pavement, Portland Cement concrete pavement & curbs, storm water drainage systems, new tennis court coatings and line work, new tennis court nets, net posts, net anchors, new chain link fencing, lawn restoration, traffic control signage and pavement markings, off-site disposal of excess materials and waste, and general site restoration and cleaning of surfaces for the project. The Contractor is expected to mobilize upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed from the school district. Actual demolition and construction work may begin in accordance with the project milestone dates listed in the Bid Advertisement, provided that requisite performance bonds and insurance policies are in effect. The existing school campus and its driveways must be completely operational during the school year and all construction in this project shall be scheduled to avoid disruption of the school’s normal operations. This project must be substantially completed by the milestone date listed in the bid Advertisement. The Contractor shall provide the required manpower as well as work additional shifts on weekends and holidays, if necessary, in order to achieve Final Completion by the date listed in the Bid Advertisement .
