Targeted Group Businesses: 7%. Project includes the cleaning, maintenance and relabeling of electrical distribution equipment. Several electrical panelboards and surge protective devices will be replaced. A new UPS and associated electrical distribution equipment will be installed. Fluorescent light fixtures in electrical rooms will be replaced with LED. Also included is masonry and concrete work, gyp board partition work, the painting of floors, and the replacement of doors and hardware. The mechanical scope in the project includes providing new mechanical equipment serving a new electrical room, relocating existing mechanical controls equipment for an electrical room and installing piping protection for electrical equipment. Additionally, automation controls to support new mechanical and electrical equipment.
