| Description | The purpose of this invitation is to establish pricing to furnish, test and deliver Bridge Structural Steel Components for use by the awarded Prime Contractor (also referred to as the bridge contractor) on ODOT Project FRA-161-15.80 in New Albany and Columbus, OH. The Prime Contractor has yet to be awarded a contract for this project. A set of plans has been provided to give the awarded Vendor the design specifications for the bridge components. Due to the time sensitive nature of this project, it is imperative the materials being bid through this invitation are delivered on time and in conformance with these bid specifications. This project includes a sale date of 5/25/2023 with an estimated begin construction date of 7/17/2023. This agreement shall be effective from the Date of Award through December 31, 2023.
