2023 Gilmer County Animal Shelter Addition

As of June 12,2023, proj wasn't awarded since bid received is over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The successful bidder will be required to pay sales and use tax on materials purchased or used on this project. Each sealed bid package shall be clearly marked on the outside "Bid for the Construction of the 2023 Gilmer County Animal Shelter Addition" with the return address and submitted to the following Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are non-responsive or not responsible, to accept complete or partial bids, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the Board of Commissioners and to waive any irregularities or technicalities thereunder. Gilmer County further reserves the right to make an award as deemed in its best interest, which may include awarding a bid to a single bidder or multiple bidders; or to award the whole bid, only part of the bid, or none of the bid to single or multiple bidders, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the Board of Commissioners.
