| Description | The project involves the following at the 900 King Street Facility located in Wilmington, Delaware: Where wet insulation is indicated remove existing roof system in its entirety down to the existing concrete deck. Replace insulation with like kind materials to maintain existing roof slope. At penthouse roofs and the balance of the main roof remove, all aggregate and/or pea gravel, clean and repair the roofing membrane as required. On the entire penthouse roof areas and the entire main roof area, furnish and install a new coverboard and a new single ply KEE membrane. Replace all column caps, copings, roof edge gravel stops, and flashings per drawing details and specifications. |
