Roush Lake Vault Toilet Install

The contractor will provide and furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary for the furnishing and installation of a prefabricated precast concrete vault toilet building that meets ADA accessibility standards; excavation for building placement; and backfilling of the new buildings and various other work as described within the specifications to include concrete placement and construction of a gravel parking lot. The project is located in the J. Edward Roush Lake, 735 North Warren Road, Huntington, Indiana 46750. This project is a 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS code 562991-Septic Tank and Related Services. (Size Standard: $9,000,000.00) One firm-fixed-price award will be made from this solicitation. Award will be based on the lowest total price.
