Sealed bids for a Lump Sum subcontract are invited from prequalified subcontractors (hereinafter "Subcontractors") for the following work: Package Name: Doors, Frames & Hardware (Including Radiation Protection) License Type: B General Contractor OR C28-Lock & Security Equipment OR C61/D16-Hardware, Locks & Safes OR C61/D28-Doors, Gates & Activating Device Bid Package 08100 Doors, Frames & Hardware (Including Radiation Protection): This Bid Package consists of providing all labor, services, supervision, installation, layout, engineering, hoisting, unloading, parking, shop drawings, submittals, mockups, benchmarks, fabrication, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, facilities, transportation, storage, protection, handling, licenses, inspections, tax payments (federal, state, local, etc.), insurance, escalation, etc. as required to timely complete the 08100 - Doors, Frames, & Hardware scope of work according to the plans and specifications listed above. Construction duration is approximately 40 months (1,232 calendar days). Construction began November 1, 2021
