On All Projects Without Dbe Goals, the Contractor Must Show That Affirmative Action Has Been Made to Seek Out and Consider Dbes as Potential Subcontractors. Minimum Wage Rates for All Federal-aid Projects Have Been Predetermined by the U.s. Secretary of Labor and Are Set Forth in the Specifications.
