Truckee Meadows Water Authority Glendale Water Treatment Plant Office Improvements

RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $85,000 - $104,000. Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for completion of the Tenant Improvement project - addition of four (4) partitioned office spaces with doors and windows, inside of the existing Glendale WTP Office Building. Flooring, stud/drywall, doors/frames, windows, painting, electrical modifications, and HVAC duct modifications in support of the new office spaces. Any prospective bidder arriving after 10:00 a.m. shall be considered late and shall not be permitted to attend the conference. TMWA will accept and entertain bids from only those Bidders in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Facsimile and Hard Copy Bids will NOT be accepted BID OPENING: There will not be a public bid opening as bids are opened electronically. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147.
