2023 Preventive Maintenance Project

Faxed Proposals will not be accepted. The Principal items of work for the Elko county 2023 preventative maintenance project will consist of (including bid alternates): the cleaning & sweeping operations of selected roadways, followed by the installation of approximately 205,000 SY of Type III Slurry. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier s check, certified check, or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Elko county highway department. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job. The specifications and Plans can be mailed at an additional charge to cover the cost of postage and handling or downloaded electronically, after receipt of payment. Make checks payable to the A.M. Engineering. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
