Description

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new rooftops at Bridgewater-Raritan High School on Building 200. The new rooftop units will provide cooling with new interior ductwork distribution and duct-mounted hot water coils connected to the existing hot water piping will provide heating to classroom spaces. The existing unit ventilators in each space will be removed and existing fin tube piping will be reused and infilled with new piping where UVs are removed. The new RTUs will be sized for MERV 13 filters and specified with hot gas reheat for dehumidification and bipolar ionization equipment.
