| Description | University of West Florida (“UWF”) to possibly enter into a contract or agreement with a Respondent to provide Redundant Dark Fiber Build-out and On-going Services. The term for the dark fiber build-out is anticipated to be begin July 1, 2021 and continue through June 30, 2022. The term for UWF’s use of the dark fiber cable/lines (IRU, shall mean the exclusive, unrestricted, and indefeasible right use of the dark fiber cable/lines, unless terminated by UWF at its sole discretion) shall commence July 1, 2022 and continue through June 30, 2042. |
