Estimated Start Date: September 06, 2022 Estimated Completion Date: Not Available Percent of Project Completed: Not Available Contract Amount: Not Available SCOPE OF WORK This contract is for the remodel of the existing portion of the concessions room of the existing Reindahl Park Splash Pad pump room/concessions building, located at 1818 Portage Rd in Madison, Wis. to create two single use restrooms and a small mechanical room. The scope of work as detailed in the plans and specifications shall include but not limited to demolition of the existing concrete floor, removal of the grease pit, rework of the existing exterior CMU to create new openings and infill of existing openings, new interior concrete floor and CMU. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and fixtures shall be reworked and/or new as shown on the plans and specifications. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the intent of this contract. The Contractor shall use properly functioning equipment capable of performing the tasks required. The Contractor shall furnish workers who perform quality work and who are experienced and knowledgeable in the work proposed.
