Description

The overall Operations Campus project consists of the design and construction of new administration building, operations building and warehouse, fleet maintenance building, fueling station, citizens convenience center, vehicle storage, truck canopy, storage, and laydown areas, etc. The project will be phased based on cost and may also include renovations (interior upfitting and associated site work) to the Town’s existing public works facility, located at 101 Thomas Mills Road, Holly Springs NC 27540. The phases of design and construction may be revised depending on actual cost and the Town’s immediate needs. The Town reserves the right to add or remove buildings, etc. as necessary to work within the approved budget.
