| Description | Provide the transporting and processing of electronic waste equipment derived from the County’s E-Waste collection program. The County agrees that it may provide certain electronic waste equipment collected through its E-Waste collection program for reuse, recycling and management in accordance with all applicable regulation in lieu of abandonment and destruction of the electronic waste, to benefit the environment and to improve public health, safety and/or welfare. Contract term shall be one (1) year with three (3), one (1) year renewals for a total of four (4) years upon mutual written agreement of both parties. |
