Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the contract. Lauderdale County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted The Lauderdale County Board of Education desires to procure proposals for Flooring. 1. No wax vinyl flooring shall be a Class III High performance LVT 12"x24", 20 mil wear thickness, 4 mil overall thickness, 15 year commercial warranty or other products based off these specifications will be considered. Will be overlaid onto existing flooring with manufacturer recommended adhesive. 2. Six inch cold base shall be included with all flooring.
