Description

Qualified Bidders to replace a trench drain at our Aspen Maintenance Facility. The trench drain was installed in 1983, runs south to north perpendicular to the maintenance bays, and has deteriorated angle iron and concrete. The grates can now fall into the trench causing safety hazards and has created drainage issues for the facility. The successful Contractor will remove the concrete, trench drain, catch basin, associated piping, and then replace with new drains that match existing drains that were installed in 2015.
