| Description | The City of New Richmond is seeking bids to repair the exterior of the Sports Center building from ice damage. The City seeks a firm to provide all construction submittals and complete all associated work. All inquiries must be received by June 22, 2023. It is anticipated that work may begin on the project in the summer of 2023. Work shall not commence until Contractor submitted plans have been approved by City. Completion of project is to occur no later than October 15, 2023. The City of New Richmond reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids.
