Description

Proposals from contractors and consultants to provide sewer manhole inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation services for the Woodlands Sewer Interceptor Rehabilitation. The project entails rehabilitation of twenty-five (25) interceptor manholes, approximately 245 vertical feet (measured from rim to top of manhole bench), suffering from concrete degradation related to hydrogen sulfide levels as well as groundwater infiltration and roots (see Attachment A for manhole pictures). Manned-entry inspections of the manholes have not been completed to-date but CRW has completed rim level visual inspections of the manholes and classified them into various anticipated rehabilitation approaches (Structural, Semi-structural, and Non-structural).
