Mallory Town Hall Doors

To install ADA compliant doors at Mallory Town Hall in both of the building’s entrances. The scope of the work will include: 1. Demolition of current building doors and readying the entrances for door installation 2. Permits, painting, patching, flooring, and ceiling repair and all finishing work 3. Main entrance: There are two sets of doors and the second set should be removed. 4. West side door: Install ramp from sidewalk to the door 5. Be responsible for coordinating services in conjunction with Stanley Access Technology’s needs and specs for door installation - The doors will be Stanley doors and the installation of the already purchased Stanley doors will be performed by Stanley Access technology. Stanley door specs are available.
