The project classification is: Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction The last day to submit questions and/or verification on comparable products will be no later than 2:00 pm CST, seven (7) working days prior to the opening date of the bid/proposal due date. Further, any questions or inquires must be submitted via fax to 985- 898-5227, or via email to Purchasing@stpgov.org. Any questions or inquiries received after the required deadline to submit questions or inquiries will not be answered. A Bid Guarantee of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total Bid, including Alternates, must accompany the Proposal and, at the option of the Bidder, may be a cashier's check, certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond. The Bid Guarantee must be attached to the Louisiana Uniform Public Work Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for just cause in accordance with the Public Bid Law, LSA-R.S. 38:2214(B). Incomplete, informal or unbalanced Bids may be rejected.
