Description Remove all wallpaper, clean walls to prep for paint, paint all walls, trim and ceilings. 1. Furnish all labor and equipment, including drop cloths and other materials used to cover and protect tenant property, brushes and tools necessary for a complete (interior) painting of all woodwork (excluding cabinets), doors, and walls in the buildings. 2. All furniture shall be moved as necessary. 3. All carpets, furniture, fixtures, outlets, switches and appliances are to be protected during painting. 4. All plug, switch plates, and office boards are to be removed by vendor, and reinstalled by vendor. 5. Interior painted wood and metal trim surfaces are to be wiped clean, sanded if necessary, and properly prepped to receive a new coat of white finish enamel paint (ProMar 200 HP latex semi-gloss) as recommended by Sherwin Williams specifications. 6. Any stains or marks shall have Kilz or comparable sealer applied before painting. 7. All pin holes or screw holes shall be spackled by vendor before painting. 8. All spaces are to be painted one color (ProMar 200 HP acrylic eg shel). Wall paint must include M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment additive. 9. All tape, supplies and materials used in the paint process shall be properly removed and discarded off-site by the vendor
