HAS-CR29-0.00 consists of the hot-in-place recycling of the existing asphalt surface of 2.43 miles of Harrison County Road 25 and 2.15 miles of Harrison County Road 29. Following hot-in-place recycling, Harrison County Road 29 will receive a 1” asphalt surface course overlay and shoulder treatment.
