Replacement of Two (2) Boilers, HVAC System Controls, and Roof Top Unit (RTU) System at the Ironwood Memorial Building

Motion was made by Mildren, seconded by Korpela, to award bids for the Memorial Building Boilers and Boiler DDC Controls to Automated Comfort Control for a total price of $229,838.00 and the Roof Top Unit to Mukavitz Heating in the amount of $18,700.00. The City of Ironwood is soliciting three separate bids for replace- ment of two (2) boilers, HVAC Sys- tem Controls, and Roof Top Unit (RTU) System at the Ironwood Me- morial Building in the City of Iron- wood Michigan. Contractors may choose to bid on one of the projects, or multiple of the projects. Contractors must separate their bids as discussed herein and each of the three projects will be evalu- ated separately.
