| Description | The Division of Facilities Development, hereinafter termed DFD, hereby announces that it is advertising for bids from certified contractors for the above project. In general the work consists of: Addition of wall and ceiling insulation with gypsum board in an unheated garage space by the general trades and installation of unit heaters by the mechanical trade. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin 44 prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements 45 on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects 46 advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal 47 Davis Bacon Act requirements. |
