General Contractor - CM at Risk - FY2020-2025 Projects

The scope of work will focus on the District’s renovations and modification projects identified in the 5 Year Capital Plan for 2020-2025. • Addition of approximately 15,000 square foot wing at Rainbow Lake Middle School, other renovations to Rainbow Lake Middle School and upgrades to athletic fields • Renovations to Boiling Springs Intermediate School to convert to an elementary school • Renovations to athletic fields and buildings at Chesnee High School • Other projects identified and approved by the Board in the 5 Year Capital Plan The projects are of varying scope with a total construction value of approximately $10 million. • Rainbow Lake Middle School, built in 2010 and was designed with the anticipation of an additional 15,000 square foot wing to be added in the future. Existing cooling tower installed Summer 2019 has capacity to accommodate the additional wing 15,000 sq. ft. • Boiling Springs Intermediate School, built in 2006, currently housing only grade 5, was designed as an intermediate grade 4-6 school. Renovations to one wing are needed in order to accommodate grades K4-2, as well as adding appropriate playground space(s). Other renovations may include, but not limited to, reconfiguring existing traffic patterns and curbing. • Chesnee High School athletic renovations include adding turf field(s), tennis courts, track, and improvements to other fields and buildings and seating with a goal of designing a cohesive flow to athletic facilities (including signage, walkways, etc.)
