Construction of 36' X 28' Shower/Bathroom House Tobacco Gardens Recreation Area

This attachment shall be considered a continuation of the call for bids, and by reference made a part thereof. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as allowed by law, or to accept such bids as may be determined to be in the best interests of the county. The newly constructed shower/bathroom house must meet the following specifications: o Building size 36 feet by 28 feet o Entrance to bathroom to face South o Entrance on east side to provide access to a utility room o Building must house separate sides for men and women facilities o Each side must include two bathroom stalls, two shower stalls, and a double sink o Building, in its entirety, must comply with all ADA requirements An example schematic is included on page 2 of this bid package.
