Chiskiake Village Subdivision Waterline Replacement - Gloucester County

This project will replace 1,000 feet of 2-inch waterline, 700 feet of 4-inch waterline and 1,700 feet of 6-inch waterline within all three sections of the Chiskiake Village subdivision with 8-inch and 4-inch waterline. Water system modeling indicates the existing water system cannot provide the desired fire flow capacity within Chiskiake Village. Replacing these waterlines in accordance with current design and construction standards will provide the desired domestic flow and fire flow at maximum day demand periods. As of September 16, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
