| Description | Bids, from qualified vendors, to provide Installation of a new seamless non-porous urethane sports floor measuring approximately 8,532 sq. ft. at McGuire Dent Recreation Center Gymnasium, as follows: Installation of new seamless non-porous urethane sports floor at the McGuire Dent Recreation Center Gymnasium and all incidentals as indicated by the drawings and specifications or as required to properly complete the project as planned. 1. Complete removal and proper disposal of existing flooring and wall base 2. Removal and re-installation of existing bleachers 3. Preparation of base surface including all necessary fill work 4. Complete installation and seal of 7MM base mat 5. Complete installation of a vapor/moisture barrier 6. Complete installation of 2MM seamless wear layer 7. Complete installation of a seamless top pour waterborne polyurethane self-leveling elastomer surface 8. Complete installation of new wall base 9. Layout and paint game lines as specified by City/owner or designee 10.Clean up and inspection with City/owner or designee. | ||
