CMRB Expansion / JSW

HUB Goal 21.1%. Owner has established a total project cost (TPC) budget for the Project in the amount of $35,000,000. Within that amount, Owner has allocated $28,000,000 for the Construction Manager’s Budget Limitation (CMBL). The expansion and partial renovation of the existing Comparative Medicine and Research Building (“CMRB”) at Owner’s Keeling Center for Comparative Medicien and Research in Bastrop, Texas, is to provide space for the services currently located at the Keeling Center’s Main Building, including surgical and radiology services, as well as specialized animal housing in support of pre-clinical GLP (“Good Laboratory Practices”) studies and other research programs at the Keeling Center.
