| Description | The project consists of providing all labor, supervision, project coordination, tools, equipment, demolition, legal removals, and the legal recycling & disposal of all construction waste for the demolition of Southside House, which is located on the SUNY New Paltz campus. The main features of the “Base Bid” work shall include, but are not limited to the following: The complete demolition of the existing asbestos contaminated 2 story structure. Demolition of the structure shall include all contents within the structure, foundation walls, basement slab, footings, attached exterior stairs and railings, etc. Project includes termination and capping of existing domestic water and sanitary services. Providing site improvements around the building following demolition. Site improvements shall include regrading as per plans and specifications. New top soil and seed. Cap and install markers for terminated sanitary and domestic water services. |
