Description

The Woonsocket Housing Authority, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for completing electrical service upgrades at Parkview Manor, RI3-3 and Kennedy Manor, RI3-4, in accordance with the documents prepared by William Starck Architects, Inc., 126 Cove Street, Fall River, Massachusetts. The work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: A. Replacement of the existing Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) electrical power substation and panels for Kennedy and Parkview Manors high-rise residential apartment buildings. Refer to Section 01100, Summary of the Work for additional information. The Woonsocket Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding ifit be in the public interest to do so.
