HVAC Replacement - Devils Fork State Park

Contractors capable of removing/disposing of existing and supplying/installing new HVAC units in villas at Devils Fork State Park. 1. Representative manufacturers/models are listed, but SCPRT will consider equivalent models. Your offer must state the manufacturer/model being offered and include manufacturer's latest literature. 2. Contractor shall remove and dispose of (8) existing heat pump and air handler systems in Villas 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15. 3. Contractor shall replace main floor units in all (7) villas listed above with Trane Model 4TWR4024 XR14 2 ton 14 SEER split heat pump system with 5kw backup heat and metal OTW air handler TMM4B0A24. 4. Contractor shall replace downstairs unit in Villa 15 with Trane 4TWR4018G1 XR14 1.5 ton 14 SEER split heat pump system with 5KW backup heat and metal OTW air handler TMM4B0A24. 5. Contractor shall purge and pressure test existing line sets for reuse. 6. Contractor shall transition back to existing ductwork. 7. Contractor shall transition back to existing drain lines. 8. Contractor shall connect new units to existing thermostats. 9. Installations will be coordinated around villa occupancy. 10. Contractor shall provide a minimum 1-year installation/workmanship warranty.
