Public Notes: This request is specifically for Sub-Contractors Straub Construction is the Construction Manager for the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City - St. Joseph on this project. TAX EXEMPT STANDARD WAGES Construction of a new 52,000 SF church and bell tower on an existing site containing anexisting church and school. The new church structure will consist of conventional steel,cold-form framing and cold-form roof trusses. Most of the exterior facade will be brick and stone. An existing rectory building, and church building will be demolished as a part of project. The school cafeteria connected to the existing church will be modified as indicated in the documents. Site work will consist of demolition, mass excavation, new utilities/utility relocation, parking lot expansions and landscaping.
