The Parks at Delray

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, paving, and new construction of 600 multi-family units, including 524 apartments in buildings of three and five stories, 76 townhouses in two-story buildings, and 1,050 parking spaces. Unit sizes would range from 588 to 1,518 square feet. The apartment portion of the project would have 50 studios, 188 one-bedroom units, 240 two-bedroom units, and 52 three-bedroom units. Amenities at the Parks at Delray would include a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, two pools, a playground and two dog parks. The townhouse portion would have 54 two-bedroom units and 22 three-bedroom units. As of March 21, 2023, this project is under site plan review with the Delray Beach City Planning and Zoning Board. An architect has been selected. Information regarding the general contractor has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
